Le buone maniere non sono mai state il loro forte e neanche la disponibilita' (tranne Anna Maria sempre disponibile e all'altezza) sono stata costretta ad allontanarmi per sempre dopo un episodio di VERA MALEDUCAZIONE da parte della responsabile. Non e' stata la prima volta , ma , vuoi per l'ottima qualita' dei prodotti, per l'ordine e la pulizia nonche' la vicinanza, ho sempre chiuso un occhio, ma dada quella volta ho detto basta. Il personale è stata disponibile e simpatico, non ho avuto problemi e mi sono trovato molto bene. Lo consiglio a chi serve qualcosa per i propri animali, io ci tornerò quando mi serve.
