Deludente la toeletta per cani, esperienza per cui ho dato due stelle. Quando ho prenotato, la prima ed unica volta, ho chiesto esplicitamente se il mio cane (un meticcio di pastore tedesco un pò aggressivo con i suoi simili) poteva essere lavato da solo e me lo hanno garantito, ma nell'orario del mio appuntamento nella sala lavaggio c'erano gli altri 2 cani. Mi è stato risposto con fare scocciato che non potevano occupare la toeletta solo per un cane. Le cose si dicono al momento della prenotazione! Ringrazio per l'esperienza! m	maryssa love on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All' attenzione di Luca marino buongiorno mi dispiace contraddire la sua recensione ma la trovo alquanto meschina e nn veritieta 1 se fosse un cliente fidelizzato poteva esporre il problema nel centro acquisti secondo nn si puo fare una recensione sulla base dei prezzi dal momento che esiste il libero mercato ed un negozio puo scegliere di abbassare il prezzo di un prodotto come brand pubblicitario 2 i due scontrini sono uguali visto che indicano la referenza il petshop nn si è fatto nessuno sconto sullo scontrino 3 il collare che lei ha fotografato ha una durata di 12 mesi non più di 6 come quelli vecchi Ecc o la differenza dei 18 euro in più inoltre indicare un negozio alternativo mi lascia un po a pensare la invito a riflettere prima di fare ulteriori brutte figure.... inoltre per quanto riguarda la toeletta e gestita da uno staff qualificato il cane mordace non e un problema gestirlo ovviamente il prezzo cambia e forse e stato questo il problema della recensione negativa inoltre la toeletta e fornita di una protafinestra e finestra dove e possibile assistere al lavaggio nn si da esclusiva di bagno tranne per cani che hanno esigenze particolari di salute e necessitano di essere toelettati... L	Luca Marino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima ed anche la seconda volta pensavo di essere trattato bene visto che comunque sono un cliente abituale, ma oggi mi devo ricredere inquanto come pensavo le volte scorse dopo aver effettuato un acquisto all'isola che non ćè,sono andato nel negozio alla parte opposta del fiume e con non molta sorpresa ho notato che l'ennesimo acquisto effettuato un (collare antipulci) in questo caso ho pagato ben 18€ in più di quando lo vendeva il negozio a pochi metri. Peccato perché il negozio é ben fornito (cosa che non basta per fare clienti ) Alla fine speso 50€ e nella foto segue lo scontrino ( ma su quello lo sconto lo hanno messo!) Inoltre mi sono recato in farmacia in via delle Arene ed anche la stessa farmacia lo vendeva a 15€ in meno! La prossima volta andrò prima all'altro negozio e se non trovo quello che mi serve andrò a Latina (risparmio anche di benzina)! E	Edoardo Capitani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro convinto di trovare una lampada e un filtro per la mia tartaruga... compro questi articoli (nella foto) e pultroppo scopro che: - Il filtro acqua non funziona e mancano le istruzioni - La lampada (che doveva essere di 40 W) non serve a nulla e che non riscaldava neanche (come invece la proprietaria del negozio sosteneva) Quando ho chiamato per chiedere spiegazioni ci eravamo messi d'accordo per trovare una soluzione poi... Tutti spariti non ho più saputo nulla ora devo rivendere tutti e due gli oggetti poiché mi sono fatto l'acquario in vetro con già tutti gli accessori dentro SCONGLIO QUESTO NEGOZIO A TUTTI GLI ABITANTI DI TERRACINA!
