★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magico, localino gestito da due fratelli sardi, super cordiali e simpatici. Essendo un gruppo abbastanza importante ci siamo fatti consigliare dal proprietario che ci ha portato la specialità del locale: il porcellino sardo (a mio parere cotto alla perfezione, in bocca si scioglieva come fosse burro per non parlare della cotenna croccante,insomma per farla breve un connubio perfetto di qualità e sapienza del cuoco nel preparare il piatto hanno reso onore al povero maialino). In oltre ci sono state servite 3 enormi bistecche fiorentine appena scottate da finire di cucinare, a nostro piacimento, su dei blocchi di sale roventi sapientemente disposti sul nostro tavolino; il tutto accompagnato da patate arrosto, verdura mista e pane carasau (tipica eccellenza sarda). Oltre alla bontà alla genuinità e all'abbondanza della cena anche il prezzo è stato onesto 25 euro compreso acqua, vino,coperto e digestivo. Che dire super consigliato se vi capita di fare un giro verso Jesi.
Magical, little place run by two Sardinian brothers, super friendly and nice. Being a fairly important group we did advise the owner who brought us the specialty of the restaurant: the Sardinian pig (in my opinion cooked to perfection, in the mouth it melted like butter to say nothing of the crispy rind, in short, to make it short a perfect combination of quality and skill of the cook in preparing the dish have honored the poor piglet). In addition we have been served 3 huge Florentine steaks freshly cooked to finish cooking, to our liking, on blocks of red-hot salt wisely placed on our table; all accompanied by roast potatoes, mixed vegetables and carasau bread (typical Sardinian excellence). Besides the goodness to the genuineness and to the abundance of the dinner also the price was honest 25 euros including water, wine, covered and digestive. What to say super recommended if you happen to take a tour towards Jesi.

Local with a family atmosphere the owners are two fantastic people and the food of excellent quality is all fresh to try absolutely the pork in a crust with potatoes ........ P.s. very animal lovers who are welcome in the restaurant ..... we will definitely be back
