★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia e zero disponibilità nei disguidi. Comperato un costume di una taglia errata, in saldo al 10%, e tornata dopo 15 giorni per cambiarlo perché prima mi era impossibile.
Nonostante il loro "avanzo" di costumi non mi è stata concessa questa "cortesia" che in molti altri negozi invece fanno.
Che dire, speso molto per un costume di marchio a me sconosciuto e pure beffato perché ho rubato loro 10 minuti di tempo prezioso per cercare una soluzione.
A mai più arrivederci.
Unkindness and zero availability in misunderstandings. I bought a costume of the wrong size, on sale at 10%, and returned after 15 days to change it because it was impossible for me before.
Despite their "leftover" costumes, I was not granted this "courtesy" that many other shops do.
What can I say, spent a lot on a brand costume unknown to me and also mocked because I stole 10 minutes of precious time from them to look for a solution.
See you never again.
