Porto la collana a riparare e per il cambio del moschettone mi vengono chiesti 4 euro. Anche se stupita per la richiesta, pago immediatamente sottolineando però che il moschettone era già difettoso nel momento in cui ho fatto l'acquisto. Non pensavo di dover pagare una riparazione così banale, soprattutto per un pezzo già guasto sin dall'inizio, ma evidentemente una cliente affezionata vale meno di 4 euro. Ora ex-cliente.
The first time I try to wear a necklace bought from "Idea Bijoux", the carabiner, obviously already defective, breaks immediately. I take the necklace to be repaired and for the change of the carabiner I am asked for 4 euros. Although surprised by the request, I pay immediately, however, underlining that the carabiner was already defective when I made the purchase.
