G	Giusi Passantino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso appuntamento per ceretta con Giulia estetista con la quale mi trovo più a mio agio, quando mi presento all appuntamento Giulia ha un altra cliente alla stessa ora mi viene detto che è stato un errore e che non sanno cosa dirmi le cose stanno così.Gcosì.Giorni dopo riprendo l appuntamento raccomandando la massima attenzione in quanto il giorno dopo la appuntamento sarei stata ricoverata per intervento chirurgico dove la depilazione era necessaria... Arrivo all appuntamento,la storia si ripete e io mi risento in quanto non avevo più giorni a disposizione così in modo poco cortese mi è stata ripetuta la frase Non so cosa fare e nemmeno cosa dire, questa è la situazione e non abbiamo per oggi più posti.Mi dispiace che non ho potuto parlare con Grazia in quanto in quel periodo era in ospedale...Da quel momento non sono più andata nemmeno per i capelli....le clienti sono tutte uguali,non dovrebbero esserci differenze,l errore può starci ma anche le scuse e il rimedio...
