Posso capire che mi siano state chieste 10€ per la rimozione del semipermanente che avevo già sulle unghie, ma avrei preferito averlo saputo prima e non al momento del pagamento. Tra l'altro il semi mi è durato un paio di giorni e poi ha iniziato a sollevarsi dalla punta delle unghie. Che dire, non ci tornerò. I can understand that I was asked for € 10 for the removal of the semi-permanent that I already had on my nails, but I would have preferred to have known it before and not at the time of payment. Mi appare continuamente nei quiz della patente e non posso neanche controllare gli errori che ho fatto! Insopportabile! Non visiterei il loro negozio a prescindere! E	Elena Giovenzana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e disponibile, purtroppo però ieri, dopo diverso tempo che non frequentavo l'estetica mi sono recata per un trattamento e ho chiesto in merito ad un altro trattamento, luce pulsata - pacchetto da tre sedute, 1 ancora non ancora usufruita e mi è stato risposto che è stato buttato e che non ne avevo più diritto perchè trascorso troppo tempo. Sicuramente è trascorso più tempo del dovuto ma altrettanto sicuramente pima di buttare un trattamento pagato ritengo corretto contattare il cliente e chiedere se lo stesso è ancora interessato. Purtroppo non è andata così e lo ritengo scorretto: ho perso un trattamento pagato, sicuramente da tempo ma pagato! Gentile titolare ho fatto una recensione che è la fotografia dell’accaduto e cioè che il cliente, io in questo caso, ha pagato una prestazione di cui non ne ha beneficiato. Non importa che sia stata prenotata 1,2 o 5 anni fa, nel caso di specie è intercorso anche il Covid, di fatto non ho beneficiato del trattamento PAGATO. E non è attendibile quando scrive che ero stata invitata a consumare il pacchetto: sì mi è stato detto così come mi è stato detto di non preoccuparmi che mi sarebbe stato fatto comunque. Non darò seguito ad ulteriori repliche di quello che scriverà per giustificarsi o per addurre altre motivazioni, dico solo che il suo atteggiamento sia nel fare che nel rispondere denota mancanza di professionalità e di attenzione verso un cliente pagante. Si ricordi che non esiste solo Solone e che comunque non siete i migliori, anzi! Unfortunately it did not happen and I think it is incorrect: I have lost a paid treatment, certainly for some time but paid! Dear owner, I made a review which is a photograph of what happened and that is that the customer, myself in this case, paid for a service which he did not benefit from. It does not matter whether it was booked 1,2 or 5 years ago, in the present case the Covid also occurred, in fact I did not benefit from the PAID treatment. And it is not reliable when it writes that I was invited to consume the package: yes I was told as well as I was told not to worry that it would be done to me anyway. I will not follow up on further replies of what he will write to justify himself or to give other reasons, I just say that his attitude both in doing and in responding denotes a lack of professionalism and attention towards a paying customer.
