Questo caseificio è tradizionale e lo consiglio se volete mangiare Cibo vero. Con la C maiuscola ;) One of the best dairies in Bari, high quality, unique flavors. Le Specialità casearie come la provolina di latte podolica e la scamorza affumicata fresca sono delizie per il palato e gola. C'è tanto altro ancora. L' Essenziale ,Fiore all'occhiello di questa Città. The First Impression was Amazing !! Well cared for place, staff and owner friendly, courteous and helpful. Bio products are all to try. Specialties such as cheese podolica Provolina milk and fresh smoked cheese are pleasures for the palate and throat. There is so much more. The Essential, the pride of this city.

Consigliato al 100%. Refined and excellent quality products. Excellent special mozzarella. The braids with almonds are fabulous. Burratine and taralli of all kinds. 100% recommended.

Buonissima la spuma di ricotta e la scamorza affumicata con il latte dentro. Parcheggio nei dintorni. Il sabato un po' di coda ma scorrevole e orario continuato. Great products. And remarkable variety. Absolutely to try the taralli that I find fabulous there are all tastes. A little expensive but worth it. The ricotta mousse and the smoked scamorza cheese with milk inside are delicious. Parking nearby. On Saturday there is a bit of a queue but flowing and open all day.
