Chiedo capsule compatibili sistema nespresso e mi guardano come se li avessi interrogati in fisica quantistica. Boh?! Warehouse with front sign that sells only coffee, or rather only a couple of brands of pods / capsules. I ask for capsules compatible with the nespresso system and they look at me as if I had interrogated them in quantum physics. Boh ?!
A	Alessandro Benedetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho ordinato del caffè il 15/4 , pagando 10€ di spedizione. dopo 15 giorni mi viene detto che mancava del caffè e quindi avrei dovuto aspettare qualche giorno. passa un'altra settimana e stessa storia. poi, finalmente, l'8/5 mi arriva una mail relativa all'ordine spedito. oggi 19/5 ancora non mi arriva il pacco. così, richiamo il numero 092233790 e mi viene detto che c'è stato un ritardo...in pratica per 3 scatole da 100 capsule l'una, e 3 scatole da 10 l'una, più di un mese di attesa...chissà se mai arriveranno. credo che mi appellerò agli avvocati di Altroconsumo in qualità di Socio. Veramente pessimo il servizio. Lascerò una recensione negativa su ogni portale/social possibile. NON COMPRATE DA LORO I ordered coffee on 15/4, paying 10 € for shipping. after 15 days I am told that there was no coffee and therefore I would have to wait a few days. another week passes and the same story. then, finally, on 8/5 I receive an email relating to the order shipped. today 5/19 I still don't get the package. so, I call the number 092233790 and I am told that there has been a delay ... in practice for 3 boxes of 100 capsules each, and 3 boxes of 10 each, more than a month of waiting ... who knows if they will ever arrive. I believe I will appeal to Altroconsumo's lawyers as a Member. Really bad service. I will leave a negative review on every possible portal / social. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
