Locale confortevole, servizio ottimo, Piatti cucinati ed impiattati con amore. Selezione di vini perfetta, con una selezione dei migliori prodotti delle attività vinicole della zona (scelta azzeccatissima). Peccato si possano assegnare solamente 5 stelle.
Comfortable place, excellent service, Dishes cooked and served with love. Perfect selection of wines, with a selection of the best products from the area's wineries (a perfect choice). Too bad they can only be awarded 5 stars.

Elegantes Ambiente mit großem Außenbereich unter alten Bäumen. Verschreibt sich der regionalen Küche mit wechselnder Speisekarte. Trotzdem (relativ) moderate Preise. Haben lecker gespeist und wurden auf english beraten und gut bedient. Leider fehlte am regional-lokalen Ansatz all das, was im selbstauferlegten Korsett italienischer Küche (primi = Pasta, secondi = Fleisch) nicht reinpasst: leckere vegetarische Rezepte der "Arme Leute Küche", wie Papa al Pomodore, Zuppa di Cavola, Ribollitta, alle möglichen Salate.. Einiges davon gibt es hier bei dem Beilagen (Cantorni), daher der Vorschlag: macht sie zu Hauptgerichten!
Elegant ambience with a large outdoor area under old trees. Dedicated to regional cuisine with a changing menu. Still (relatively) moderate prices. We ate delicious and were advised in English and served well. Unfortunately, the regional-local approach was missing everything that does not fit into the self-imposed corset of Italian cuisine (primi = pasta, secondi = meat): delicious vegetarian recipes from the "poor people's kitchen", such as Papa al Pomodore, Zuppa di Cavola, Ribollitta, all of them possible salads .. There are some of them with the side dishes (Cantorni), hence the suggestion: make them main dishes!

The restaurant opened a month ago. The food, made of local ingredients was simply delicious, carefully prepared by a skilled chef who clearly knows how to bring out the best of the fresh Tuscan ingredients. The local wine, suggested by the sommelier, was excellent. Everything was served with professionalism and perfect timing. I can highly recommend this restaurant.
