Ci era stato promesso che entro il giorno 20 novembre ci avrebbero consegnato tutto. Ai primi di dicembre dopo varie telefonate di sollecito dicono che non possono consegnare la merce. Il Sig. Marco, responsabile dell'Emporio, si rende irreperibile nascondendosi dietro le commesse che non hanno alcun potere decisionale. Penso che un comportamento tale: non voler rispondere ad un cliente e non prendersi le proprie responsabilità sia impensabile per un imprenditore . Ad ogni modo oggi al 30 Novembre non potremo fare le vetrine di Natale per causa di questo esercizio. Lascio a chi leggerà questo post di trarre le proprie conclusioni. Penso sia il miglior negozio di addobbi natalizi di sempre. Arriviamo da Torino e sono già due anni che ci affidiamo a Marco ( e penso proprio che lo faremo anche il prossimo anno). Si, ho letto le altre recensioni e so anche ciò che è successo. Io penso che ogni tanto basterebbe capire le situazioni ( capire il momento di difficoltà nel reperire le materie- che spesso non dipende da chi ci mette la faccia- l’Emporio in questo caso) ed essere in grado di affrontarle con un modo un po’ diverso. Aggredire e minacciare le persone non sono mai la soluzione. Anche noi abbiamo avuto dei problemi, eppure siamo riusciti a risolvere tutto in maniera estremamente professionale. Un sincero grazie a Marco ed a tutto il suo staff. Ci vediamo tra un paio di mesi ??? Finally I can stop for a moment and do a super review for Marco and all his staff. I prezzi non sono sempre a portata di tutti però un giro ve lo consiglio! Always beautiful every year with news so as not to be monotonous! Ci era stato garantito che entro i primi di Dicembre avrebbero consegnato. La scorsa settimana dopo nostre email e telefonate ci ripetono che ci contatteranno loro per accordarsi sulla consegna... siamo a lunedì 6 Dicembre e sembrano tutti spariti nel nulla. Leggendo recensioni già prima della mia, non mi stupirei se non arrivasse nulla. Spiegheremo ai nostri clienti cosa è successo con molto dispiacere e sconsiglieremo di rivolgersi a L'Emporio per professionalità e responsabilità inesistenti. Unica pecca, poca gentilezza alla cassa, che stona un po’ con l’aria festosa del negozio. THE absolute Christmas SHOP, lots of choices, from trees, lights, decorations. Fairly honest prices and helpfulness of the shop assistants. The only flaw is the lack of kindness at the checkout, which clashes a bit with the festive air of the shop.

Se riesci ad acchiappare un conmesso di sfuggita (sono introvabili) per fare un acquisto, non ti sanno dire se quel prodotto è disponibile (?), e in caso negativo non ti sanno dare alternative. Forse non sono interessati a vendere, forse è solo un negozio in realtà virtuale e la loro vera attività di costumi da bagno è sul retro. Imbarazzanti. Con tanta gente volenterosa che vorrebbe lavorare e non trova occupazione questi lavorano. Vergogna. Lo spazio è organizzato per colori e si possono davvero trovare palline e decorazioni per ogni gusto. Prezzi non eccessivi e personale sempre sorridente e disponibile.
