Avevo ( si, purtroppo ormai è da buttare) una giacca di cotone che anche se era stata sempre lavata a secco, l’etichetta riportava ‘lavare ad acqua’ .Ero comunque perplessa , ma la sig.ra non mi ha fatto neppur parlare, dicendo sicura che qs era il suo lavoro e l’etichetta parlava chiaro.
Quando sono andata a riprendere l’oggetto (per il quale ho pagato 8€), nessuno mi ha detto niente, anzi a fronte delle mie perplessità, è stata alzata la voce con aggressività e hanno tentato anche di raggirarmi, dicendo che era tutto a posto, bastava stirarla di nuovo.
Mai più, davvero!!! Scortesi, presuntuose e prepotenti!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ECCEZIONALE LAVANDERIA! Vivo da anni a Livorno e ne ho provate tante, ma questa è sicuramente la migliore, sia per il servizio sempre perfetto sia per il personale gentile verso i clienti! Ad esempio, una volta ho portato una giacca sporca di vernice ed in cinque minuti si è compiuto un miracolo! Oltre a lavare retine di biancheria, si occupa anche di sartoria e le consegne sono puntuali! Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo anche se si potrebbe lavorare di più sui prezzi: una tesserà fedeltà per i clienti abituali sarebbe un’idea fantastica!
