Chiamano per informare circa la consegna di un frigorifero (che hanno in casa dal 19 dice il tracking), appuntamento per il 26 mattina...deciso tutto da loro, mi organizzo con i turni a lavoro e aspetto il 26...mezz'ora prima della consegna stimata mi chiamano per dirmi che la consegna salta per motivi loro... E pare che io debba anche essere contento del fatto che mi hanno avvisato prima (come se non pagassi..) va bhe... La signora mi dice che consegneranno al pomeriggio e mi chiede un orario di preferenza, le 15...no non va bene, tardo pomeriggio dalle 18 alle 19 e oltre, non non va bene... Allora chiedo quando possono perché mi sembra una comica... Dice che mi chiameranno appena lo caricano sul camion... Però c'è un problema, si sono accorti che il frigo è un frigo e ci vuole il camion con la sponda... (rido) va bhe mi faranno sapere... 15.30 chiamo io... e trovo una ragazza più organizzata che si informa avvisa il corriere e a cui gli dà il mio numero per coordinarsi per la consegna e x le 4.30 è consegnato nel corridoio di casa... Si son ripresi, ma che parto... Questionable service .. Ti contattano per un appuntamento e poi non si fanno vedere, così perdi un giorno intero ad aspettare invano. Chiami te e ti danno altro appuntamento, e poi disertano. Stessa prassi accaduta qualche mese fa ai miei vicini, che per la disperazione sono andati loro a ritirare la merce al loro deposito di Forlì. Mi sono lamentato anche con il venditore suggerendo di cambiare corriere perché questi non sono affidabili.!!! Poco seri.... Già in passato avevo avuto problemi meno gravi ma comunque causa di ritardo di più giorni. Consiglio vivamente IKEA di cambiare il proprio fornitore di tale servizio. After a 2-day postponement of delivery for no reason, they give me an appointment and don't show up. In the past I had already had less serious problems but still due to delays of several days.
