★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire... sopralluogo per automazione cancello effettuato il 4 febbraio. Nonostante due solleciti telefonici con la signorina Daniela (gentilissima), a VENTI giorni di distanza non ho ricevuto alcun preventivo e mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad altra azienda.
Evidentemente non nutrono grande interesse per la clientela privata residenziale.
Pessima esperienza.
What can I say ... inspection for gate automation carried out on February 4th. Despite two telephone reminders with Miss Daniela (very kind), TWENTY days later I did not receive any quote and I had to contact another company.
Evidently they are not very interested in private residential customers.
Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se richiedete un intervento è giusto sapere che si fanno pagare 75 € + iva a chiamata. A me non l'avevano comunicato e per una lavoro di 10 min senza materiali mi è stata fatta pagare questa cifra (reset e riavvio della centralina del basculante).
If you request an intervention it is right to know that they charge € 75 + VAT per call. I had not communicated it and for a 10 min job without materials I was made to pay this amount (reset and restart of the overhead control unit).
