★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho provato la pasta fresca e devo riconoscere che è veramente buona, la ricotta utilizzata per il ripieno dei ravioli si sente che è di ottima qualità! ma la pasta secca non è da meno. Mi piace la ricerca che il proprietario fa per diversificare il prodotto e riscoprire i grani antichi del Cilento e d'Italia.
I tried the fresh pasta and I must admit that it is really good, the ricotta used for the filling of the ravioli feels good quality! but the dried pasta is no less. I like the research the owner does to diversify the product and rediscover the ancient grains of Cilento and Italy.
