Ho chiesto un taglio con tanto di foto ma non sono soddisfata. Ha tentato di aggiustarmerlo 2 volte ma alla fine ha fatto qualcosa di completamente diverso rispetto a quello richiesto..Qndo ho espresso comunque in modo educato che non ero soddisfata non ha ascoltato e mi ha liquidata.Peccato perché le ragazze sono molto brave e Federica fa dei colori bellissimi. Ma ora nn vedo l ora che mi rinfrescano i capelli e cercherò qualcun altro per sistemarlo! Titling not very attentive to your needs, not very nice with the staff and convinced to know more than all. I asked for a cut with lots of photos but I'm not satisfied. He tried to fix it twice but in the end he did something completely different than the one requested. When I said in a polite way anyway that I wasn't satisfied he didn't listen and he dismissed me. Too bad because the girls are very good and Federica does beautiful colors. But now I don't see the time to refresh my hair and I'll look for someone else to fix it!

I titolari Antonella e Roberto sono fantastici e il personale top! Pieghe stupende e durature anche se si hanno i capelli lunghissimi. Kindness, punctuality and competence make this salon one of the best in the street. The owners Antonella and Roberto are fantastic and the staff top! Beautiful and long-lasting creases even if you have very long hair.

Appena in zona, passo sempre da loro per sistemare e dare un senso ai miei capelli. Roberto ed il suo splendido staff hanno avuto cura della mia capigliatura anche il giorno del mio matrimonio! Sempre gentili, disponibili e all’avanguardia! Si percepisce subito l’amore per quello che fanno, la cura che hanno del cliente ed anche un giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo . Super consigliato!!! I have been attending this show since 2007 and I do not even think about changing it, even though now you are 400 km away. Just in the area, I always go to them to fix and make sense of my hair. RISPOSTA "Non do prezzi per telefono" In un modo molto scortese e stizzito neanche fossi stata ineducata o scortese. Domandare è lecito. I	Imkindofa bigdeal (ladyinred0_0) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non voglio parlare male del posto perché mi è piaciuto . molto pulito ,organizzato,sembrano tutti molto professionali,estremamente gentili e simpatici e il taglio è stato perfetto ,non c’è che dire. peeeeeeerò non era quello che ho chiesto. ho pagato l’ira di dio per una cosa che ho dovuto aggiustare da un’altra parte (pagando di nuovo l’ira di dio ). c’è stata mancanza di comprensione di sicuro e decisamente anche di una spiegazione chiara da parte mia. non me la sento di sconsigliare assolutamente però IO personalmente lì non ci torno I don't want to speak ill of the place because I liked it. very clean, organized, they all seem very professional, extremely kind and nice and the cut was perfect, no doubt about it. peeeeeeerò was not what I asked for. I paid the wrath of god for something that I had to fix somewhere else (paying the wrath of god again). there was a lack of understanding for sure and definitely also a clear explanation on my part. I do not feel absolutely advised against it but I personally will not go back there
