I publicly thank Stefano and all his staff who from the first day proved to be very prepared, professional, fast, able to find quick solutions to problems and who know how to put the customer and his needs in the foreground. Really L'Arte di Abitare di Treviso Sud has an edge over many other agencies. If I need them in the future, I would definitely rely on them.

Non la consiglio. I found very little professionalism on the part of the staff working in the agency, they turned to me in a rude way, after a mistake on their part. I don't recommend it.

L'agenzia in questione, dopo aver ottenuto un mandato in esclusiva di 6 mesi, ha portato in visita solo 3 clienti. Ad un certo punto non ricevevo nemmeno più telefonate dall'agente per capire come si muovesse il mercato. Ora, si sa che nessuno può fare miracoli, eppure 3 visite in 6 mesi, dopo una abbacinante pubblicità di marketing sulla loro straordinaria abilità di vendita risultano decisamente poche. Inoltre la stessa casa che con loro è rimasta in vendita per 6 mesi è stata venduta in 3 settimana (certamente con un prezzo ribassato) da un altro agente immobiliare, senza colpo ferire, e con acquirenti selezionati. Sconsiglio questa agenzia non perchè gli agenti non lavorino con attenzione, ma perchè l'agenzia stessa non rispetta gli standard di clientela e visite promesse alla firma del mandato. In spite of myself, I am forced to make a change to the previous review of May 2021. The agency in question, after obtaining an exclusive mandate of 6 months, only brought 3 clients to visit. At one point I didn't even get any more phone calls from the agent to understand how the market was moving. Now, we know that no one can work miracles, yet 3 visits in 6 months after a dazzling marketing ad about their extraordinary sales prowess are very few. Furthermore, the same house that was on sale with them for 6 months was sold in 3 weeks (certainly with a reduced price) by another real estate agent, without a shot being hit, and with selected buyers. I do not recommend this agency not because the agents do not work carefully, but because the agency itself does not respect the standards of customers and visits promised at the signing of the mandate.

Affidandomi alle persona giusta il percorso è stato facile e in discesa, ringrazio Mattia che si è reso disponibile fin da subito e mi ha aiutato in tutti i modi possibili. Nonostante ciò, dopo averli chiamati e chiesto informazioni, mi hanno detto che telefonicamente non comunicano alcun dato degli immobili, ergo avrei dovuto prendere appuntamento. Al giorno d’oggi, mi risulta strano dover prendere appuntamento solo per capire in che zona è situato l’immobile. Nowadays, I find it strange to have to make an appointment just to understand in which area the property is located.

Se lavoro, il contratto e il settore, dove si trova l'azienda e perché voglio cambiare app.to. Che contratto di affitto ho ora e dove sto. Al telefono senza nemmeno conoscersi. Poi dice che devo recarmi in agenzia con ultime 3 buste paga, ultimi 2 cud e i miei documenti personali. Poi mi farà vedere l'immobile. Cioè prima di sapere se mi interessa devo rilasciare tutti i miei dati personali e sensibili, comprese le dichiarazioni dei redditi? Da denuncia per quanto mi riguarda !!! BAD REALLY !!!
