★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato via whatsapp queste persone (sono i secondi che contatto per acquistare prodotti in pietra leccese) dopo esserci accordati sui prodotti ho dovuto mandare 4/5 messaggi che venivano o ignorati o venivo liquidata con un “le faccio sapere nel pomeriggio” per capire il totale e come procedere con la spedizione. Ad un certo punto mi sono stancata ed ho mandato un messaggio dicendo che non ci si comporta così con una cliente,dovrebbe essere preoccupazione loro di guadagnare soprattutto in questo periodo di pandemia dov’è c’è gente che ha perso il lavoro. Invece di chiedermi scusa e ricomprendere i miei modi da persona che si sente presa per i fondelli,sono stata risposta male ed ho scoperto che erano parenti di un’altra persona che avevo contattato precedentemente che mi aveva servito allo stesso modo. Non so come fanno a lavorare da quelle parti ma questo è un modo pessimo di rapportarsi alla clientela. Se non sapete avere a che fare con persone che non vengono da vicino e che quindi hanno bisogno della spedizione e di contatti telefonici allora dite che lavorate solo con il pubblico che viene in negozio.
 I contacted these people via whatsapp (they are the seconds I contact to buy Lecce stone products) after agreeing on the products I had to send 4/5 messages that were either ignored or I was liquidated with a "I'll let you know in the afternoon" to understand the total and how to proceed with the shipment. At a certain point I got tired and I sent a message saying that we do not behave like this with a client, it should be their concern to earn money especially in this pandemic period where there are people who have lost their jobs. Instead of apologizing and re-understanding my ways as a person who feels taken for a ride, I was answered badly and I discovered that they were relatives of another person I had previously contacted who had served me in the same way. I don't know how they work there but this is a bad way of dealing with customers. If you don't know how to deal with people who don't come closely and therefore need shipping and telephone contacts then say that you only work with the public that comes to the store.
