★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensi al classico ristorante di pesce? Beh, non è questo: un crudo meraviglioso ed un menu particolare in cui scegliere un solo piatto è praticamente impossibile.

Abbiamo iniziato con un crudité di pesce. Ammetto che non sono un’amante di questa pietanza, ma la qualità e la scelta degli ingredienti erano una goduria per il palato! Abbinamenti insoliti ma azzeccatissimi: mi hanno colpita in particolare la capa Santa alla liquirizia e i gamberi al passionfruit.
Ovviamente non manca l’attenzione per l’impiattamento, in particolare quello del crudité.
Anche nei dolci abbiamo trovato inventiva e originalità, nonostante sia un ristorante specializzato nel pesce.
Per finire menu era vario, personale gentile e simpatico, prezzi elevati, ma decisamente opportuni per la qualità del servizio.

We started with a fish crudité. I admit that I am not a lover of this dish, but the quality and choice of ingredients were a pleasure for the palate! Unusual but perfect combinations: I was particularly struck by the capa Santa with licorice and the prawns with passionfruit.
Obviously there is no lack of attention to the dish, in particular that of the crudité.
Even in the desserts we have found inventiveness and originality, despite being a restaurant specializing in fish.
Finally, the menu was varied, polite and friendly staff, high prices, but definitely appropriate for the quality of the service.

La professionalità del titolare e del suo staff è sottolineata dalla cura del dettaglio e dalle coccole regalate ai clienti sottoforma di minime attenzioni. Locale che conferma le recensioni positive precedenti. Sicuramente mi rivedrete! 5 stelle!
I would say everything exceptional! The quality of the raw material is undoubted, skilfully worked by the kitchen so as to offer simple but undoubtedly valuable dishes. The professionalism of the owner and his staff is underlined by the attention to detail and the pampering given to customers in the form of minimal attention. Local that confirms the previous positive reviews. You will surely see me again! 5 stars!
