Non lo conoscevamo e sui social l' abbiamo preferito tra tanti e non c'è ne siamo assolutamente pentiti. Tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato è stato ottimo. Polpette con crema di pistacchio, soffritto e genovese tutto preparato a regola d'arte. Si vede che dietro ai giovani proprietari c'è l'esperienza del padre, macellaio storico. Da questo si capisce l'ottima qualità della carne. Non siamo della zona ma sicuramente ci ritorneremo...... i ragazzi se lo meritano. Great.
