La Sua accogliente cucina castellana è un vero resort per le papille gustative. Materie prime e composizioni di qualità mettono in pace con i propri sensi i fortunati avventori. Prosciutti e affettati di ogni genere cresciuti nelle fattorie circostanti insieme ai formaggi di altrettanto indiscutibile valore sono il plus palatale che conciliano il gusto con gli incantevoli paesaggi di uno dei castelli più belli della capitale.
Obbligatorio passarci quando ci si trova in zona. Per mia fortuna ci abito, a Monte Compatri.

Obligatory to pass when you are in the area. Fortunately for me I live there, in Monte Compatri.

Small but excellent restaurant, partly used for pork butchery. The main course is the cutting boards, but the manager never ceases to amaze with various delicacies and tastings in a friendly atmosphere. Good experience.
