Ecco la mia esperienza di oggi: Entro nel pomeriggio ore 18:15 per stampare due foto possibilmente in formato fototessera possibilmente, perché non so se è possibile provvedere in cartoleria. Un signore impegnato probabilmente nella radiocronaca della prima partita della Juve in campionato mi risponde seccamente alche riformulo la richiesta. Invio le due foto per mail ed il signore mi dice testuali parole:" Adesso facciamo una prova in bianco e nero" e stampa foto grandi. Altra risposta seccasdel signore con radiocronaca calcio annessa di sottofondo dopo ristampa di sua spontanea volontà in bianco e nero come formato foto molto piccole. L' Allegra signora alla cassa cerca di convincermi che possono andare bene quando le confronta con una fototessera originale e riconosce che sono molto piccole. Capisco che per un'edicola e difficile la richiesta e dico: "Non si preoccupi ,fa lo stesso" . Alche' l'Allegra signora mi dice" Sono 20 centesimi". Io rispondo esterefatto" Ma erano solo prove" come detto dal collega e l'anziana signora risponde:" Le abbiamo fatte per lei", quando gli stessi avevano detto che erano prove. Io ho pagato dicendo:" Le può tenere queste prove non so che farmene" lasciando lì i fogli di prova.
Ovviamente nessuna ricevuta fiscale ma che vuoi farci? :-)
Ora capisco che una persona per due stampe fototessera il sabato pomeriggio rappresenti un seccatore. Però cordialità e cortesia 0, e poi la richiesta di 20 cent , farsi pagare "le prove" a nero, caduta di stile assoluta.
Industry professionals? Friendly? I didn't find them.
Here is my experience today: In the afternoon, at 6:15 pm, to print two photos, if possible, in photo format, if possible, because I don't know if it is possible to provide them with stationery. A man probably engaged in the radio commentary of the first match of Juventus in the league dryly replies to me that I reformulate the request. I send the two photos by e-mail and the gentleman tells me textual words: "Now let's do a test in black and white" and print large photos. Another response from the gentleman with commentary on the background soccer after reprint of his own accord in black and white as very small photo format. The cheerful lady at the cash desk tries to convince me that they can go well when she compares them to an original photo ID and recognizes that they are very small. I understand that for a newsstand the request is difficult and I say: "Don't worry, do the same". Also the Allegra lady tells me "It's 20 cents". I answer esterefatto "But they were only proofs" as said by the colleague and the old lady answers: "We made them for her", when they had said that they were tests. I paid saying: "You can keep these proofs, I don't know what to do with them", leaving the test sheets there.
Obviously no tax receipt but what do you want to do with it? :-)
Now I understand that a person for two photo prints on a Saturday afternoon represents a nuisance. But cordiality and courtesy 0, and then the request of 20 cents, to get paid "the rehearsals" to black, fall of absolute style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fanno neanche delle semplici stampe. Sono venuto due volte a distanza di pochi giorni e mi hanno negato delle stampe con due scuse differenti, tra cui l'ultima abbastanza ridicola:" Il cavetto non funziona. "
Per rispondere al commerciante: lei lo sa che siamo nel 2021 ed esiste il wifi? E se ha solo la connessione ethernet in 2 minuti le riesco a reperire tutti i cavi che vuole. Buona serata
They don't even make simple prints. I came twice a few days later and they denied me some printouts with two different excuses, including the last quite ridiculous one: "The cable doesn't work."
To answer the trader: do you know that we are in 2021 and there is wifi? And if she has only the ethernet connection in 2 minutes I can find all the cables she wants. Have a good evening
