Invece l’unica cosa che ho sentito, è stato qualcuno che oltre il vetro mi chiedeva insistentemente a voce alta chi ero. Ho risposto che ero un nuovo cliente ed ho atteso.invano. Ho suonato di nuovo. Questa volta la signora mi è venuta ad aprire ed ancora prima che potessi presentarmi e comunicare il motivo della mia presenza, la stessa mi chiedeva con fare sbrigativo che cosa volessi. Ho salutato e chiesto se c’era la possibilità di fare un solarium visto che avevo letto sulla sua pagina online che il centro estetico ne è dotato. La signora mi ha risposto con riluttanza che si, lo aveva, ma che in quel momento lei era impegnata a fare un lavoro e che comunque c’era una valvola da sostituire al solarium e che non poteva essere utilizzato. Sbrigativa, mi ha dato l’impressione di essere stata infastidita per l’interruzione. Ok che è agosto, ok che mentre si svolge un lavoro a nessuno fa piacere essere interrotti, ma se lavori al pubblico, ogni cliente andrebbe trattato con rispetto.
