Ci sono oggetti davanti ad altri oggetti , si fa fatica a valutare il tutto.
Per quello che mi riguarda è proprio un angolo ma senza buone occasioni.
Ragazza cortese ma non mi interesserebbe ritornarci.
Proporrei di tenere più oggettistica ,libri e vestiti , secondo me non ha senso in 30mq tenere poltrone o mobilio che rubano tantissimo spazio.

As far as I'm concerned it's just a corner but without good opportunities.
Courteous girl but I wouldn't care to go back there.
I would suggest keeping more objects, books and clothes, in my opinion it makes no sense in 30sqm to keep armchairs or furniture that steal a lot of space.
Not good.
