★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato delle beef ribs di angus on-line, arrivate dopo 15 giorni di attesa, anche se avevano promesso che arrivavano molto prima. Per la bracciolata che avevo organizzato ho dovuto comprare dell'altra carne, ma non è un problema, succede. Il disastro è quando ho adoperato la carne che mi è arrivata: perso 8 ore a cucinare per 15 amici e il risultato un fallimento: due suole di scarpe! 85 euro buttati al vento. Contattati per avere un rimborso mi hanno proposto un buon sconto del 15% :) No comment.
Ordered angus beef ribs online, they arrived after 15 days of waiting, even though they promised they would arrive much earlier. For the arm lift I had organized I had to buy more meat, but it's not a problem, it happens. The disaster is when I used the meat that came to me: I lost 8 hours cooking for 15 friends and the result was a failure: two soles of shoes! 85 euros thrown to the wind. Contacted for a refund they offered me a good 15% discount :) No comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale curato, accogliente, personale cordiale e professionale, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Piatti preparati molto bene e curati con prodotti di qualità. L'unico appunto che posso fare, a mio giudizio e gusto, e' sul ragù d'anatra, io non lo avrei frullato ma lo avrei tagliato fine al coltello e al massimo macinato, ma non frullato. Comunque esperienza da ripetere.
Well-kept, welcoming place, friendly and professional staff, good value for money. Dishes prepared very well and treated with quality products. The only note I can make, in my opinion and taste, is on the duck sauce, I would not have blended it but I would have cut it fine with a knife and at most ground, but not blended. However experience to be repeated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La spedizione è stata travagliata. Non entro nei particolari perché il titolare della macelleria non merita critiche, ma solo il consiglio di non fidarsi troppo del corriere.
Quattro stelle per il motivo di cui sopra, ma la bontà dei prodotti ne meriterebbe almeno sei.
Ho comprato tre fiorentine e un cube roll di qualità superiore alla media. Sottolineo anche che, a differenza di altre macellerie on line, l'angolo della carne non specula sul peso del taglio di carne che spedisce.
The expedition was troubled. I will not go into details because the owner of the butcher does not deserve criticism, but only the advice not to trust the courier too much.
Four stars for the above reason, but the goodness of the products deserves at least six.
I bought three Florentine steaks and an above-average quality cube roll. I also stress that, unlike other online butchers, the meat angle does not speculate on the weight of the cut of meat it ships.

Prima di acquistare ho fatto qualche domanda e ho ricevuto dritte su come cucinare al meglio la carne che poi ho acquistato. Ho preso tagli diversi per poter apprezzare gusti diversi, e devo dire che la carne è veramente di ottima qualità. Non ho ancora cucinato tutto ma al momento mi ritengo molto soddisfatto.
Meat that cannot be found except on specialized websites like this one. Before buying, I asked some questions and received tips on how to best cook the meat that I then bought. I took different cuts in order to appreciate different tastes, and I must say that the meat is really of excellent quality. I have not cooked everything yet but at the moment I am very satisfied.

Carni pazzesche, ci hanno sorprese tutte.
La rubia un profumo e un grasso da perder la testa.
Sashi ottimo e ben equilibrato con un sapore persistente e profondo, il diaframma ci ha sorpreso in positivo per gusto e succolenza e per il rapporto qualità prezzo senza rivali!
La spedizione fatta mantenendo sempre la catena del freddo, fatta con camion refrigerati. I tempi di spedizione sono stati di qualche giorno più lunghi del previsto, ma per fattori esterni alla macelleria.
La qualità di tutto il servizio è molto buona.
Anche il mio cane ha apprezzato molto la qualità delle ossa!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Livorno per una giornata di mare impossibile non passare da LDC , avevo conosciuto da poco la pagina su facebook che tra l'altro ha un sito eccezionale, ma entrato nel negozio sembrava il paese dei balocchi: salse di tutti i tipi, sale di Maldon! , selezione di vini e una scelta infinita di carni pregiatissime ad un prezzo molto concorrenziale.. la gentilezza del personale che ti assiste ed è disposto a consigliarti come cuocere al meglio le pietanze, impeccabile.
Inoltre per i clienti online hanno una politica di promozioni senza paragoni, verrebbe voglia di lasciargli mezzo stipendio tutti i mesi, complimenti davvero vi siete guadagnati un altro cliente e continuando così crescerete sempre di più, Grazie!!
