★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In un’era di grandi catene di distribuzione (anche nel campo del biologico) possiamo ancora contare su piccoli esercizi locali come questo, che da tanti anni sostengono la buona alimentazione e la cura del sé, al di fuori di logiche commerciali spietate che, attraverso il sempre più diffuso green washing, stanno fagocitando il settore del bio a fini prettamente economici (vedi “l’angolo del bio” presente ormai in ogni grande supermercato)
In an era of large distribution chains (also in the organic field) we can still count on small local businesses like this one, which for many years have supported good nutrition and self-care, outside of ruthless commercial logics that, through the increasingly widespread green washing, are engulfing the organic sector for purely economic purposes (see "the bio corner" now present in every large supermarket)
