Mi ha mandato foto del prodotto interessato nei minimi dettaglio (senza contare che la descrizione del prodotto era già molto esaustiva), si è personalmente interessato per la spedizione (senza che lo chiedessi me l'ha assicurata) e dopo qualche giorno mi è arrivato! Imballaggio allucinante (nel senso buono del termine) in quanto mi ha fatto 2 spedizioni per non rovinare accidentalmente il prodotto, e ha coperto con imballaggi vari tutto quanto nei minimi dettagli! Sincero, mai avuto un trattamento del genere! Si vede davvero la professionalità e la passione che mette il venditore!

Contacted the dealer for a chandelier ... He was very helpful and very professional! He sent me photos of the product concerned in the smallest detail (not to mention that the description of the product was already very exhaustive), he was personally interested in the shipment (without my asking, he assured it) and after a few days it arrived! Shocking packaging (in the good sense of the word) as it made me 2 shipments so as not to accidentally ruin the product, and covered everything down to the smallest detail with various packaging! Sincerely, never had such a treatment! You really see the professionalism and passion that the seller puts in!
