★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato qui la cucina. Non ho dato una stella perché il servizio di progettazione è stato buono, per il resto non sono rimasta contenta. Ci hanno detto che era in rovere invece era frassino, ci hanno mostrato un'anta e ne è arrivata una diversa (perché in mostra avevano il modello vecchio) e nemmeno il colore era quello della mostra! Idem i cassetti, ordinati in un modo arrivati in un altro. Il montaggio è stato pessimo e tutt'ora abbiamo una mensola storta, perché oltretutto l'assistenza post-vendita è inesistente! Atteggiamento scocciato e disponibilità zero. Forse era meglio una stella sola... Io non lo ci tornerò di certo!
I bought the kitchen here. I did not give a star because the design service was good, otherwise I was not happy. They told us it was oak but it was ash, they showed us a door and a different one arrived (because they had the old model on display) and the color wasn't that of the exhibition either! Ditto the drawers, ordered in one way arrived in another. The assembly was bad and we still have a crooked shelf, because moreover, after-sales assistance is non-existent! Annoyed attitude and zero availability. Maybe a single star was better ... I won't go back for sure!
