★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una bici di un certo valore. Nemmeno il tempo di arrivare a casa e la catena aveva segnalato il telaio. Lo portata indietro subito. Il titolare ha consultato la casa madre ma sostenendo che non era un difetto non voleva cambiare la bici. Il titolare mi è venuto in contro ordinando un altra bicicletta. La cosa che non ha patto e quello di riparare al danno che sicuramente sarebbe capitato alla seconda bici inserendo un semplice paracatena.Me ha fatto pagare il paracatena perché sostiene che la bici ne esce sprovvista sapendo benissimo che la catena batte e rovina il telaio.
Ritengono questa cosa poco professionale . comunque lo ringrazio per il gesto del cambio di bici

The owner consulted the parent company but claiming that it was not a defect he did not want to change the bike. The owner came up against me by ordering another bicycle. The thing that has no pact is to repair the damage that surely would have happened to the second bike by inserting a simple chain guard, but he charged the chain guard because he claims that the bike comes out of it knowing full well that the chain beats and ruins the frame.
They feel this is unprofessional. however I thank him for the gesture of changing the bike
