Consigliatissima ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Competence and friendliness of the coaches, cleanliness of the environments, completely different work setting compared to traditional gyms, family atmosphere. P	Per Shopping on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È inconcepibile che una palestra non abbia un sito web per essere aggiornati con i corsi orari e altro e se l’avete è comunque una mancanza non averlo inserito nelle ricerche di google maps. It is inconceivable that a gym does not have a website to be updated with hourly courses and more, and if you do, it is still a lack not to have included it in google maps searches.

Vasto assortimento di prodotti fitness alla cassa. Consiglio fortemente. Fully equipped gym, instructors available and ready to assist customers during training of any discipline. Wide range of fitness products at the checkout. I strongly recommend.
R	Rai Kom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra nuova con locali abbastanza spaziosi e puliti ma poco luminosi. Come attrezzatura sta messa malaccio. C'è poco e niente: qualche panchetta, eun paio di bilancieri, manubri, cavi, leg press e lat machine... e basta. Non è certo adatta per chi vuol darci dentro coi pesi e sicuramente non vale i € 6,00 a singolo ingresso. Altro inconveniente è che non ha orario continuo ma c'è uno spacco di chiusura dalle ore 13:00 alle ore 14:30. New gym with fairly spacious and clean but not very bright rooms. As equipment is badly put. There is little and nothing: a few benches, and a pair of barbells, dumbbells, cables, leg presses and lat machines ... and that's it. It is certainly not suitable for those who want to put it in with the weights and certainly is not worth the € 6.00 per single entry. Another drawback is that it has no continuous hours but there is a closing gap from 13:00 to 14:30.

Qualunque sia l’obiettivo che si ha in mente, la Kyo fitness offre TUTTO il necessario per raggiungerlo. Davvero nulla da dire. A different place from the usual low-cost gym. It was followed 365 days a year by trainers who know how to do their job just fine. Whatever goal you have in mind, Kyo fitness offers EVERYTHING you need to achieve it. Really nothing to say.

Ne ho girate tante nei dintorni della città e posso dire che la qualità e quantità degli attrezzi è ampiamente sopra la media, sempre molto pulita ed ordinata. Ciò che la rende però UNICA è la professionalità del personale. Senza venalità e con una pazienza e passione infinita sono sempre lì ad assisterti in tutto. I have been attending this gym for more than 2 years now. I have shot many around the city and I can say that the quality and quantity of the tools is well above average, always very clean and tidy. However, what makes it UNIQUE is the professionalism of the staff. Without venality and with infinite patience and passion they are always there to assist you in everything.

Appena arrivi ti sembra di stare subito a casa,luogo accogliente caldo e attrezzatura nuovissima , il proprietario Nicola nonché preparatore è una persona molto preparata e minuziosa nei dettagli,come dire il contrario quando ti approcci con professionisti del settore laureati. Appena ritorno a santa Maria ci andrò sicuramente. I went to this gym last year. Almost flawless. As soon as you arrive you feel like you are immediately at home, a warm welcoming place and brand new equipment , the owner Nicola as well as preparer is a very prepared person and meticulous in detail, as if to say the opposite when you approach graduated professionals in the sector. As soon as I return to Santa Maria I will definitely go there.
