In pochi mesi di pratica già ho migliorato la mia postura ed equilibrio.
Ottimi gli insegnanti che si preoccupano di più che i singoli non si facciano male (con cuscini, sostegni, rialzi) che non la posizione "va fatta così, spingi!"
