Comunicarci è un'impresa praticamente impossibile, il numero che si digita non è mai quello corretto, bisogna sempre essere re-indirizzati altrove. Rispondono dopo almeno un minuto e mezzo di squilli a vuoto, non danno mai informazioni precise (abbiamo dovuto sollecitare in pratica ogni fase dell'importazione - dogana compresa - nonostante avessimo già inviato tutta la documentazione; non ricevendo alcun riscontro chiamiamo nuovamente e ci dicono che dobbiamo pagare i diritti doganali per poter procedere ma ancora non ci avevano comunicato l'importo ne tantomeno ci avevano mandato la fattura per pagarli). A seguito poi di una richiesta di accelerare i tempi perché iniziamo ad essere in seria difficoltà, comprendiamo che il loro concetto di "gestione con urgenza" si sostanzia nel far passare la merce da un loro magazzino ad un altro, facendoci perdere ancora più tempo. Delusione - peccato non si possa recensire mettendo zero stelle. Mi chiedo come si fa in un'azienda che millanta sede in tutto il mondo ad avere del personale inesistente e di ZERO professionalità. E' assurdo ed inaudibile tentare di chiamare più di 10 numeri telefonici e non avere mai risposta. Se i vostri dipendenti non hanno voglia di lavorare rimanessero a casa e lasciassero posto a chi di voglia ne ha, situazione veramente ridicola!!! Provvederò a fare un reclamo su questa sede!!!
