★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina mi reco nel punto vendita di Castellucchio( dove vado da molti anni), cerco mattonelle da fuoco Rekord...le trovo con il rispettivo cartello del prezzo: 5.30€.Le acquisto ,mi reco alla cassa e me le fanno pagare 5.50€, lo faccio presente alla cassiera che motiva la differenza di prezzo dicendo che sono aumentate stamattina e non hanno ancora cambiato il cartello...ma che caso...alle casse però hanno già cambiato il prezzo....discuto un po' e la commessa dice ad una collega:"dai dalle la differenza...ce li rimetteremo noi stasera..".Bah a parte questa uscita infelice della commessa,ho trovato molto scorretto pagare un prezzo diverso da quello esposto,e non per i 20 centesimi in più,ma per la grande scorrettezza ...e alla commessa vorrei solo fare presente che se taceva e magari scusandosi con gentilezza mi spiegava la cosa, avrebbe fatto sicuramente più bella figura!!!!
This morning I go to the Castellucchio store (where I have been going for many years), I look for Rekord fire tiles ... I find them with the respective price sign: € 5.30. , I present this to the cashier who motivates the price difference by saying that they have increased this morning and have not yet changed the sign ... but what a case ... at the cashier, however, they have already changed the price ... the saleswoman says to a colleague: "give the difference ... we'll put them back tonight ..". Apart from this unhappy exit of the saleswoman, I found it very unfair to pay a different price than the one shown, and not for the 20 cents more, but for the great misconduct ... and I would just like to point out to the saleswoman that if she was silent and maybe kindly apologizing she explained it to me, she would certainly have made a better impression !!!!
