Ho espresso il mio disappunto e mi hanno fatto comunque pagare e proposto di ritornare una seconda volta. Ovvio non posso farlo. Un'esperienza orribile
I had an appointment at 11 and I had to wait almost an hour. I wanted to do the blonde highlights and I went home orange on the top and dark brown on the bottom. In short, it was anything but blonde highlights.
I expressed my disappointment and they still charged me and offered to come back a second time. Of course I can't do it. A horrible experience
