Io cerco una palestra dove allenarmi seriamente e non un luogo di incontri. Vorrei che si potesse superare questo stereotipo che ci vuole affamati di f**a. Una stella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anch'io sul volantino... il mezzo sorriso del tipo che "insegna" alla ragazza immortalata a 90 gradi proprio no, disgustoso. Bocciati a causa di una cattiva comunicazione. Dispiace se consigliati male da qualche addetto al marketing che non sa fare il suo mestiere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 2 anni che non mi prendevo cura di me stessa per mancanza di tempo, mi hanno fatto andare da 64 a 57kg in 3 mesi, mangiando tanto e bene, mantenendo i miei sfizi. Ho abbinato la krio sauna 3 volte a settimana, dieta e allenamento con personal trainer 3 volte a settimana. Per la prima volta nella mia vita dimagrivo mangiando, non pesandomi affatto, ho avuto tante soddisfazioni e sto continuando!! Raccomandatissimi
After 2 years of not taking care of myself due to lack of time, they made me go from 64 to 57kg in 3 months, eating a lot and well, keeping my whims. Mi hanno seguito con alimentazione , palestra e criosauna . Grazie al mio personal coach Antonio Anania , preciso e attento ad ogni dettaglio del mio cambiamento , sono riuscita a raggiungere il mio obiettivo . Grazie !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato seguito da Antonio a kriopod Ravenna... mi ha fatto perdere 15 kg mangiando molto ma bene, durante i personal mi ha insegnato come allenarmi ed è stato preciso e professionale...non posso che consigliare kriopod a tutte le persone che vogliono prendersi cura di se stesse.
A tutti quelli che invece giudicano da un volantino (bello o brutto che sia) vorrei chiedere: ma voi lo sapete quanto impegno e coraggio ci vogliono per aprire una nuova attività? Lo sapete a quante cose bisogna pensare?? E voi mettete una recensione perché non vi piace il volantino con una persona che fa stacchi minando la la credibilità di un posto ancora prima che apra? Ma lo sapete che siamo nel 2021?
I was followed by Antonio at kriopod Ravenna ... he made me lose 15 kg by eating very but well, during the personal he taught me how to train and was precise and professional ... I can only recommend kriopod to all people who want take care of themselves.
To all those who instead judge from a flyer (good or bad it is) I would like to ask: but do you know how much effort and courage it takes to open a new business? Do you know how many things you have to think about? And you post a review because you don't like the flyer with a person who makes a detachment undermining the credibility of a post even before it opens? But do you know that we are in 2021?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adesso le palestre sono chiuse quindi stavo facendo un pensiero per quando saremo fuori da questa situazione... il volantino indica questa nuova palestra in via Scarabelli 4, vado, trovo un'abitazione privata. Allora cerco anche su Google e la via risulta essere un'altra, villaggio neolitico, sempre al numero 4. Vado, trovo dieci decimi. Chiamo il numero di cellulare indicato nel volantino per chiedere lumi, non risponde nessuno. Mi guardo attorno per accertarmi non ci sia un'insegna, ma non c'è.
Mi è venuto da pensare che questa palestra non esista nemmeno... ma siamo sicuri che non sia un'esca per fare andare a Ravenna? Nel loro sito si parla solo di Ravenna. Ho sentito odore di qualcosa di poco chiaro e non mi piace.
Now the gyms are closed so I was thinking about when we will be out of this situation ... the flyer indicates this new gym in via Scarabelli 4, I go, I find a private home. So I also google and the street turns out to be another, Neolithic village, again at number 4. I go, I find ten tenths. I call the mobile number indicated in the flyer to ask for guidance, no one answers. I look around to make sure there isn't a sign, but there isn't.
It occurred to me that this gym doesn't even exist ... but are we sure it's not a lure to go to Ravenna? On their site we only talk about Ravenna. I smelled something unclear and I don't like it.
