They do not comply with Apple regulations, they have not solved the problem and asked for 380 euros for tel. reconditioned, in Rimini to Apple in 3 days new phone without spending 1 euro (phone out of warranty)

Eccellente il servizio di consulenza gestito da Roberto specializzato nel video/audio/software, etc...
L’accoglienza è sempre professionale e cortese, e certi piccoli problemi possono essere risolti in tempi rapidi anche al banco all’ingresso.
Con il loro aiuto ho risolto anche problemi più seri in ambiente software o hardware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se dovesse servirvi qualcosa inerente al settore Audio vi consiglio vivamente di chiamare ed accertarvi che ci sia l’addetto. Dopo aver camminato per 3 km alla mia richiesta mi è stato detto: “purtroppo mi occupo solo di grafica, il mio collega non c’è mai e riceve solo per appuntamento, non le so dire neppure se il prodotto è disponibile in negozio”. Collaborazione e disponibilità ZERO!!!
If you were to use something inherent in the audio industry I strongly recommend you call and make sure that there is the employee. After walking for 3 km to my request I was told: "unfortunately I am only doing graphics, my colleague is never there and only receives by appointment, I can not even say if the product is available in the store". Collaboration and availability ZERO !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio professionale risulta ma a tratti un po' freddo, così come il locale. Le tempistiche promesse sono lunghe ma si presume sincere. Alla consegna del macchinario sono stati fatti i documenti di presa in carico con la registrazione delle condizioni. Per la sola diagnosi il costo preventivato è attorno ai 30 €.
The professional service is but at times a bit cold, as is the place. The promised timing is long but it is assumed to be sincere. Upon delivery of the machinery, the acceptance documents were made with the registration of the conditions. For the diagnosis alone, the estimated cost is around € 30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi sono dettati da Apple e quindi non avrebbe senso parlarne, pertanto credo che un’attività del genere debba puntare sul servizio che, a parer mio, è stato pessimo.
Il personale era contrariato e poco cordiale in più credo che le mie richieste potessero essere analizzate in maniera più approfondita.
Per conto di un mio familiare ho portato un iPhone, non ero bene informata sul prodotto e solo tramite supposizioni il personale mi ha detto non essere in garanzia mentre in realtà lo è... non credo che controllare gli sarebbe costato molto ma non è stato fatto.
Non dubito sulla qualità della riparazione ma sicuramente ci sono cose da aggiustare.
Ripeto.. personale davvero molto scortese.. sicuramente non ritornerò.
The prices are dictated by Apple and therefore it would not make sense to talk about it, so I believe that such an activity should focus on the service which, in my opinion, was very bad.
The staff was annoyed and unfriendly plus I think my requests could be analyzed in more depth.
On behalf of a family member I brought an iPhone, I was not well informed about the product and only through assumptions the staff told me not to be under warranty while in reality it is ... I do not think that checking would have cost them much but it was not done.
I have no doubt about the quality of the repair but there are certainly things to fix.
I repeat .. really very rude staff .. definitely not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi...!!! comprato iphone SE 2020, portato 3 volte in assistenza nel giro di 3 mesi (quindi ancora in garanzia)perchè si spegneva. L' ultima volta mi hanno detto che in sostanza era colpa mia perchè lo "stressavo troppo..!!" e secondo loro il telefono non riscontrava problemi. Robe da matti..!! Mi sono rivolto all' Apple store di Rimini e in un ora me l'hanno SOSTITUITO porgendomi addirittura le scuse per il disagio subìto..........
Bad ... !!! bought iphone SE 2020, brought 3 times for assistance within 3 months (therefore still under warranty) because it turned off. The last time they told me that it was basically my fault because "I stressed too much .. !!" and according to them the telephone was not experiencing any problems. Crazy stuff .. !! I turned to the Apple store in Rimini and in an hour they REPLACED it, even offering me an apology for the inconvenience suffered ..........
