★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato due macchinari tramite la Krollit (sega a nastro e calibratrice) e non ho nulla da eccepire.
In entrambe le circostanze il personale si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile sia prima dell'acquisto che, cosa a mio avviso molto più rara da riscontrare, dopo l'acquisto dei macchinari.
Consigliata!
 I bought two machines through Krollit (band saw and calibrating machine) and I have nothing to complain about.
In both circumstances the staff proved to be friendly and helpful both before the purchase and, in my opinion much rarer to find, after the purchase of the machinery.

Come prima cosa devo far i miei complimenti al personale, in cui ho trovato professionalità e competenza.
La prima persona con cui ho parlato è stato Giuseppe” Assistenza Clienti”, che mi ha seguito sulla scelta del macchinario che meglio si adeguava alle mie esigenze.
La pialla in questione ha impiegato qualche mese ad arrivarmi, tempo non imputabile certo alla Krollit, ma alla situazione generale che stiamo vivendo, Pandemia, mancanza di materie prime ecc.
Per altro sull’ aspetto tempistiche ero stato informato da subito, cosi da fare le mie considerazioni.
L’altra persona a cui vanno i mie ringraziamenti è Sandra “Direttore vendite” , anche con lei ho avuto un contatto diretto ,è sempre stata disponibile ,ci siamo sentiti via cellulare dove mi teneva aggiornato sulla spedizione
Ultimo ma non certo meno importante è la qualità dei loro prodotti, io ho acquistato una pialla HOB260 ottimo prodotto compatto e robusto .
Per finire ho voluto rinnovare la mia fiducia in questa azienda e ho deciso di comprare una sega a nastro la HBS610 .

I want to share my excellent experience with Krollit, a leading company in the metal and woodworking machinery sector.
First of all I have to congratulate the staff, in whom I have found professionalism and competence.
The first person I spoke to was Giuseppe "Customer Service", who followed me on choosing the machine that best suited my needs.
The plane in question took a few months to arrive, time certainly not attributable to Krollit, but to the general situation we are experiencing, Pandemic, lack of raw materials, etc.
On the other hand, on the timing aspect, I was informed immediately, so as to make my considerations.
The other person to whom my thanks go is Sandra "Sales Director", I also had direct contact with her, she was always available, we spoke via mobile phone where she kept me updated on the shipment
Last but certainly not least is the quality of their products, I bought a HOB260 plane, excellent compact and robust product.
Finally I wanted to renew my trust in this company and I decided to buy a band saw the HBS610.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato solo 5 stelle perché il sistema non mi consente di darne 10. La Ditta Krollit è una Azienda di rare qualità che spicca per serietà, precisione ma soprattutto per onestà. Tutte questo è stato possibile solo grazie al suo Staff capeggiato dalla mitica ed unica Sig.ra Sandra. La mia esperienza con la Krollit è iniziata circa 18 mesi fà con l'acquisto di una sega a nastro e di una pialla filo spessore. La Sig.ra Sandra sapendo dei ritardi che le aziende avevano accumulato per colpa di questa maledetta pandemia, non si è risparmiata a spedirmi, subito, la sega che era disponibile nel suo magazzino, nonostante io avessi pagato solo una spedizione. E bene sì solo oggi dopo 18 mesi mi è arrivata la pialla, con questo voglio dire che in tutti questi mesi la Sig.ra Sandra non mia ha mai abbondonato anzi mi ha sempre rassicurato ed io ho avuto fiducia in questa persona e nel suo Staff e questa fiducia è stata pienamente ripagata, infatti oggi quando ho aperto la cassa ho costatato che ho ricevuto un modello di pialla superiore a quello ordinato non chiedendomi nessun euro di differenza anzi in più riceverò nelle prossime settimane due splendidi regali un carrello per spostare la sega e la cavatrice per la pialla. La Sig.ra Sandra è davvero una persona speciale ed onesta che ama il suo lavoro e i suoi clienti. Voglio ringraziare anche Giuseppe un membro dello staff Krollit. Non cambierò mai questa Ditta, anzi in futuro ho in programma altri acquisti da effettuare. Grazie Sig.ra Sandra.-
I only gave 5 stars because the system does not allow me to give 10. The Krollit Company is a company of rare quality that stands out for its seriousness, precision but above all for honesty. All this was possible only thanks to its Staff headed by the legendary and unique Mrs. Sandra. My experience with Krollit began about 18 months ago with the purchase of a bandsaw and a thicknessing plane. Mrs. Sandra, knowing of the delays that the companies had accumulated due to this cursed pandemic, did not spare herself to send me, immediately, the saw that was available in her warehouse, even though I had only paid for a shipment. And well yes, only today after 18 months I got the plane, with this I mean that in all these months Mrs. Sandra has never given up on me, rather she has always reassured me and I have trusted in this person and in her Staff and this trust has been fully rewarded, in fact today when I opened the cashier I noticed that I received a plane model higher than the one ordered, asking me no difference in euro, on the contrary, in the next few weeks I will receive two splendid gifts a trolley to move the saw and the mortiser for the plane. Mrs. Sandra is truly a special and honest person who loves her job and her clients. I also want to thank Giuseppe a member of the Krollit staff. All'arrivo l'imballaggio era in buone condizioni, montato gli accessori, nell'utilizzo la pialla era già con le dovute tarature. Precisa in modo esemplare con le passate a spessore e molto silenzioso l'albero a spirale in fase di lavoro. Fa meno rumore dell'aspira trucioli collegato alla macchina. Se la riprenderei? Si, certamente e caldamente la consiglio per i vostri lavori. Buono anche il rapporto con il personale di vendita.

Upon arrival, the packaging was in good condition, the accessories mounted, the plane was already in use with the necessary calibrations. Precise in an exemplary way with the thickness passes and very silent the spiral shaft during the working phase. It makes less noise than the vacuum cleaner connected to the machine. Would I take it back? Yes, I certainly and highly recommend it for your work. The relationship with the sales staff is also good.

Il prezzo è ottimo e se dovessi riacquistare un macchinario, sicuramente mi rivolgerò a loro. Ho trattato con il signor Carmine, serio, professionale e disponibile.
I can only be satisfied with the seriousness of the Krollit company. I took a thick layer of the zipper from them, which arrived on time. The price is great and if I have to buy back a machine, I will definitely contact them. I dealt with Mr. Carmine, serious, professional and helpful.
