R	R I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliatissimo. Non solo perché la palestra è pulita, attrezzata al meglio e ben gestita, ma sopratutto perchè l'insegnamento è basato su principi pratici dell'autodifesa. Il maestro ha un'esperienza che in pochi possono vantare e non lascia indietro nessuno nell'apprendimento....grandi!!! Highly recommended. Not only because the gym is clean, well equipped and well managed, but above all because the teaching is based on practical principles of self-defense. The teacher has an experience that few can boast and does not leave anyone behind in learning .... great !!!
g	girolamo metelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi rivolgo a chi ieri ha messo una stella dicendo meglio che sto zitto e poi si è cancellato, so chi sei e ti dico, fai pace con te stesso prima di tutto,... fai tutti i corsi che vuoi, reputati un grande istruttore, non mi interessa, devono essere i tuoi allievi a giudicarti. Ma smettila di starmi addosso, su you tube ci sono passato sopra ma guarda che prima di cancellare ho salvato tutto e c'è tanto materiale da portare alla polizia postale. Attento la slealtà non paga...mai. Il perché di questo è semplice spiegarlo..... ambiente sano esente da personaggi esaltati, preparazione conoscenza e passione del maestro Girolamo nell'insegnamento, tutto viene spiegato dettagliatamente e poi trasformato in pratica a fine lezione, gli allievi sono messi nelle effettive condizioni di affrontare qualsiasi minaccia o attacco.... Sicuramente il top in zona per quanto riguarda kravmaga. Lo consiglio vivamente.... Provate per curiosità così come ho fatto io.. entrerete in un mondo fatto di un gruppo di persone splendide sia istruttori che frequentatori!! Complimenti maestro Girolamo !! I approached this discipline with curiosity and I must honestly say that for over a year I have been practicing it with real passion. The reason for this is simple to explain ..... healthy environment free from exalted characters, preparation, knowledge and passion of the teacher Girolamo in teaching, everything is explained in detail and then transformed into practice at the end of the lesson, the students are put in the actual conditions to face any threat or attack .... Definitely the top in the area as far as kravmaga is concerned. I highly recommend it .... Presta particolare attenzione alla difesa personale soprattutto per le ragazze, poiché siamo più soggette ad aggressioni.
