Consiglio il corso a tutti ma specialmente a principianti che vogliono iniziare un percorso di miglioramento psicofisico.
Gym exclusively dedicated to Krav Maga where you learn self defense starting from scratch and with masters with experience and dedication who follow small groups and that's why learning the discipline is easy. I recommend the course to everyone, but especially to beginners who want to start a psychophysical improvement course.

In realtà ho un sacco di motivi per consigliare l'associazione Krav Maga Bolzano: ci si allena in un bel clima, maestri preparati, la preparazione atletica è ottima e le tecniche efficaci. Ottimo anche il lavoro a livello psicologico fondamentale quando si viene aggrediti. Particolarmente consigliato alle donne.
I have just started this discipline and I have to recommend it to everyone. In fact I have a lot of reasons to recommend the association Krav Maga Bolzano: you train in a nice climate, trained teachers, athletic training is excellent and effective techniques. Excellent work at the psychological level is fundamental when you are attacked. Especially recommended for women.
