★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio questo sport a tutti coloro che vogliono imparare veramente qualcosa, personale molto disponibile e disposto a insegnare a tutti questa disciplina... istruttori molto preparati e sopratutto molto seri, con alla base di tutto il rispetto mentre con i compagni molto spesso si crea un legame molto forte, quasi come se fosse una seconda famiglia, basato sul rispetto, nonostante ciò, la società organizza spesso cene e aperitivi molto belli, dove è possibile conoscere sempre gente nuova

Krav Maga course suitable for children and adults, students train and learn by working with control and respect. The course takes place once a week in a serious and punctual way. I recommend giving it a try and experimenting in person!
