★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo tanti anni nella valle, volevo provare il famoso strudel di Christian. Purtroppo non sono neanche entrato nella pasticceria perché nessuno indossava una mascherina. Se non rispettano le regole minime anti COVID al bancone, davanti al pubblico, immagino cosa possa succedere nel laboratorio, lontano dai nostri occhi.
 After so many years in the valley, I wanted to try Christian's famous strudel. Unfortunately I didn't even go into the pastry shop because no one was wearing a mask. If they do not respect the minimum anti-COVID rules at the counter, in front of the public, I imagine what could happen in the laboratory, away from our eyes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si è fatto il corso (al martedì alle 16) per produrre lo strudel, io e mia moglie. È un pasticciere da 41 anni e ti insegna trucchetti che non immagini. Bravissimo. Provate con 5€ fate corso e ne mangiate un pezzettino!
The course (on Tuesdays at 4pm) was taken to produce the strudel, my wife and I. He's been a pastry chef for 41 years and he's been teaching you tricks you can't imagine. Excellent. Try it with € 5 take the course and eat a small piece!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per lo strudel 4 stelline.. Nulla da dire, disponibili nel prepararlo prima della partenza, buonissime anche le torte... Ma ho acquistato dei biscotti (cantucci) fatti da loro : impossibile mangiarli, neanche inzuppandoli si potevano masticare buttati euro 6,50... Peccato, avevo sentito parlare come la migliore della valle
For the 4-star strudel .. Nothing to say, available in preparing it before departure, the cakes are also very good ... But I bought some biscuits (cantucci) made by them: impossible to eat them, even if they were soaked they could be chewed thrown away € 6.50 ... Too bad, I had heard of it as the best in the valley

The best strudel I've ever eaten! Christian is very kind and a true professional! You have to go there! Ps: even the triangular hazelnut biscuits with chocolate-covered edges are fantastic !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dolci molto buoni, strudel idem ma non il migliore. 5 stelle, ma ne tolgo due perchè nel 2021 non avere il bancomat è semplicemente VERGOGNOSO.
Very good cakes, strudel ditto but not the best. 5 stars, but I take away two because in 2021 not having an ATM is simply SHAME.
