★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dearest friend of mine brought me to this restaurant because she knew I like doing food experiences and love tasting passion, history and creativity in every single bite. We have been warmly welcomed by the owner of the restaurant and we chose to trust the creativity of Irvin chef and asked for a selection of raw fish appetizers. We have been also suggested by the waitress in chosing a peculiar wine to accompany to our selection.
Overall the food experiences was absolutelly fabolous and rewarding!!!
I felt all the passion as well as the competence in leading an italian restaurant, with a long history. I enjoyed the constant research and efort in descovering new taste combinations and improving dishes trying to break the mindset of winning traditional recepies. I have been deeply suprised by the quality and fresheness of the ingredients incredibly mastered by proud hands of the expert chef.
I would very recommend to try and trust Irvin's unique recepies and creations and enjoy the welcoming and peculiar atmosphere of the restaurant.
