Anche il mio architetto si è complimentato !!! Cucina bellissima. Ringrazio Kok, lo consigliero’ alle mie amiche ?? I was coming from a bad experience. Eugenio helped me design my custom-made kitchen, also giving me advice to solve perimeter problems. My architect also complimented him !!! Beautiful kitchen. Purtroppo il montaggio e l'assistenza non si sono dimostrati all'altezza in quanto alle imperfezioni del montaggio iniziale, non si è provveduto in tempi celeri alla sistemazione di tali errori, rimandando a data indefinita(con la scusa della sostituzione di 2 elementi danneggiati e da riprodurre ma che si sarebbero potuti sostituire in un secondo momento) siamo ancora in attesa e mi riservo di cambiare la mia opinione a lavori finiti. aggiornamento del 25/10 finalmente l'assistenza è venuta a completare l'intervento e devo dire in maniera molto professionale. Peccato perché a fronte di un'elevata qualità del prodotto ci si aspetterebbe una cura del cliente ben diversa. EDIT: il mio fidanzato "annullava" un appuntamento mai fissato semplicemente perché voi, dopo aver letto la recensione negativa, lo avete chiamato... è ovvio che dopo 10 giorni di attesa vana ci siamo rivolti ad un altro mobilificio a 500 metri da voi... avreste fatto più bella figura fingendo di aver perso i nostri contatti. Dopo 20 giorni sto ancora aspettando. Come si fa ad affidarsi a questo negozio quando gia si hanno problemi per un misero preventivo? È falso che sia stato contattato più volte. Siamo andati nel loro store in Via di Boccea con la mia fidanzata e ci siamo trovati davanti Monica ed Eugenio che ci hanno accolto e fatto sentire a casa, dandoci utili consigli sulle cose da acquistare e su come valorizzare l'arredamento già presente. Qualche giorno dopo la l'incontro sono venuti a prendere le misure e nel giro di una decina di giorni avevamo un progetto per la nostra cucina e per il salone. Insieme alla cucina e relativi elettrodomestici, abbiamo acquistato letto contenitore made in Italy, poi sedie e sgabelli in ecopelle di design per rinnovare completamente la zona living. La signora Monica è riuscita a consigliarci in modo tale che il nostro salone, molto piccolo, acquisisse completamente una nuova vita. Anche nel montaggio tutto perfetto: puntuali, precisi e puliti.
