★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canederli veramente buoni con ingredienti genuini che si sentono proprio! Lo speck, il formaggio ma anche gli spinaci e i funghi sono buonissimi.
Really good dumplings with genuine ingredients that feel right! Speck, cheese but also spinach and mushrooms are delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo lasciare una recensione negativa per un alimento tipico dell'Alto Adige e prodotto proprio li....
Se questi fossero i canederli tradizionali la gente del posto mangerebbe altro da generazioni.....
Il gusto "maialoso" dello speck e la banalità del resto non li rendono assolutamente paragonabili a quelli originali che ho più volte mangiato in quelle incantevoli valli.
La gente dell'Alto Adige ha per tradizione la ricerca della qualità e della tradizione.....occorre rivedere completamente ingredienti e ricetta..... !
Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review for a typical South Tyrolean food produced right there ....
If these were the traditional dumplings the locals would have been eating something else for generations .....
The "pig" taste of speck and the banality of the rest do not make them absolutely comparable to the original ones that I have eaten several times in those enchanting valleys.
The people of South Tyrol have traditionally sought quality and tradition ..... it is necessary to completely review the ingredients and recipe .....!
