★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se dovessi valutare KMT non li grazierei neanche con un misera stella. Senza alcun dubbio la peggior ditta alla quale mi sia mai rivolta. Ho acquistato lo scorso anno una porta scorrevole, i cui tempi di realizzazione sono stati infiniti (compresa redazione del preventivo). Pensavo fossero semplicemente lenti e disorganizzati, ma il peggio doveva ancora arrivare. Materiali scadenti e di pessima qualità, misura di porta e scrigno inadeguate a quella che è stata la mia richiesta. Io non sono un tecnico, appunto mi aspetto che chi si definisca tale sia quantomeno a conoscenza delle basi del proprio lavoro. Completamente assenti ed irraggiungibili, hanno ignorato per settimane i problemi riscontrati nel montare la porta e mi hanno costretta a rivolgermi a terzi. PESSIMI
If I were to rate KMT I wouldn't grace them with even a meager star. Without a doubt the worst company I've ever turned to. I bought a sliding door last year, whose construction times were infinite (including the preparation of the estimate). I thought they were just slow and disorganized, but the worst was yet to come. Poor materials and of poor quality, door and casket size inadequate to what was my request. I am not a technician, in fact I expect that those who define themselves as such are at least aware of the basics of their work. Completely absent and unreachable, they ignored the problems encountered in assembling the door for weeks and forced me to turn to third parties. BAD
