Chiamo la ditta che esce in giornata (ho il contratto di assistenza) sono cliente da 30 anni.La caldaia non è riparabile e dato che non è possibile mettere una nuova caldaia a condensazione dato che non sono provvisto di scarico condensa se non dopo una difficile opera muraria il tecnico mi lascia dicendomi che non è possibile gestire temporaneamente la condensa con un contenitore sotto la caldaia a causa dei fumi acidi.
Disperato, chiamo in velocità un altro idraulico che il giorno dopo mi installa una nuova caldaia a condensazione con un piccolo filtro neutralizzatore ph da 25€ e risolvo l’enorme problema.
Se trattano così i clienti storici non voglio pensare con quelli nuovi.

On December 23 the boiler stops. I call the company that leaves the same day (I have the service contract) I have been a customer for 30 years.The boiler is not repairable and since it is not possible to put a new condensing boiler since I do not have a condensate drain except after a difficult one masonry the technician leaves me telling me that it is not possible to temporarily manage the condensation with a container under the boiler due to acid fumes.
Desperate, I call another plumber in speed who installs a new condensing boiler with a small 25 € ph neutralizing filter the next day and solves the huge problem.
If they treat historical customers like this, I don't want to think with new ones.
NOT RECOMMENDED !!
