★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza in materia di accoglienza è stata pessima, passa la voglia di iscriversi. Alla reception c'è una signora con capelli neri così sgarbata, maleducata ed indisponente che mi sono chiesta chi l'ha assunta.
Mia figlia frequenta la palestra da 4 anni e vorremmo iscriverci anche noi ma onestamente il personale addetto che dovrebbe essere lo specchio dell'azienda è inqualificabile. Insieme a lei altro personaggio il ragazzo moro con i baffetti, insulso e demotivato.

My experience in the field of hospitality was very bad, the desire to register passes away. At the reception there is a lady with black hair so rude, rude and annoying that I wondered who hired her.
My daughter has been attending the gym for 4 years and we would like to join too but honestly the staff that should be the mirror of the company is unspeakable. Together with her, another character is the dark boy with a mustache, dull and unmotivated.
Honestly DISAPPOINTED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura eccellente, personale in palestra qualificato, molto pulita, DA 5 STELLE.
Unico neo, ma secondo me importante, ci sono personaggi che ujsano i macchinari, dove ci si siede e si appoggia la schiena, senza asciugamano.
Non è che è pericoloso solo per il covid, a me personalmente fa schifo andare a sedermi su di un macchinario dove il precedente utilizzatore si è appena alzato lasciano una macchia di sudore.
Io nn capisco come mai questa gente nn venga allontanata e invitata a ripresentarsi munita di asciugamano.
Costa, vale quello che costa ma il sudore degli altri mi fa ancora più schifo del mio.
Excellent facility, qualified gym staff, very clean, 5 STARS.
The only drawback, but in my opinion important, there are characters who use machinery, where you sit and lean your back, without a towel.
It is not that it is only dangerous for the covid, to me personally it sucks to go and sit on a machine where the previous user has just got up, they leave a sweat stain.
I don't understand why these people are turned away and invited to come back with a towel.
It costs, it's worth what it costs but the sweat of others makes me even more disgusting than mine.
