I vostri corrieri sono veramente degli incompetenti, come il servizio d'altronde, il fattorino non e' mai passato a casa a ritirare il pacco, segnandomi come assente. Cerchero' di sconsigliarvi a chiunque. fate schifo
Service more than bad, contents of the package (glass case) destroyed, 3 glasses out of 5 are completely split. Your couriers are really incompetent, like the service on the other hand, the bellboy never went home to pick up the package, marking me as absent. I will try to advise you against anyone. you suck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei sapere come fate a distruggere il contenuto della spedizione, era una teca, era perche' ora si sono distrutti 3 vetri su 5, con tutto di imballaggio pluriball (4 strati sopra, 4 sotto e 4 laterali) e con la scritta FRAGILE enorme sul lato dello scatolone. Che problemi hanno i vostri fattorini? non sanno leggere o semplicemente se ne fregano del contenuto? fate veramente schifo

Per di più dopo che ho aspettato un'ora il kipoint non ha MAI aperto!!! Oggi è un giorno lavorativo, se l'attività chiude per il ponte del 25 aprile, siete pregati di avvisare con un cartello o altro, i clienti che come me, che si recano sul posto per il ritiro dei pacchi. Uno schifo. Un disservizio mai visto!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei dirvi che fate veramente schifo, ho spedito una teca che è arrivata distrutta con tutti i vetri rotti. Era imballata con tutto di scritta fragile sul lato dello scatolone. Come è possibile che si è rotto il vetro superiore e due laterali? So che non mi rimborserete mai perché a voi non frega nulla, ma se siete un minimo seri esigo delle scuse.
