β β β β β The Napoli Central branch of kipoint are crooks.The short man with the beard who speaks good English and talks a lot shut the shop 3 minutes early on Saturday 21st May . So even though we arrived before closing time at 7:58 he refused to give us the bag . This meant that we could not get our bags which completely messed up our plans and then they charged an extra 27 euros. He swore at us in English and Italian . Other reviews say they also open later than they are supposed to. I feel a bit bad for the guy though because I think he seems like he hates his job.
