Prendersi gioco di una persona anziana, questo mi fa letteralmente incazzare! Spero che la gente, si svegli! E prima o poi qualcuno rimarrà a casa!! Reliability and professionalism below zero !!! Ti garantiscono una spedizione di 48 ore, massimo 3 giorni lavorativi, (con quello che costa ti aspetti un buon servizio) il mio pacco è stato spedito mercoledi scorso e ancora non ho ricevuto nulla. Abbiamo chiamato lunedì e hanno detto sarebbe arrivato in giornata o massimo martedi mattina ma ovviamente siamo a mercoledi e il pacco non è arrivato. Chiediamo per un rimborso ma niente c'è stato uno sciopero a Milano non è colpa nostra. Sta di fatto che lo sciopero è stato di un giorno solo e il mio pacco è in ritardo di una settimana. Da quando la gestione del punto kipoint è cambiata, si è totalmente migliorata in tutti i suoi aspetti quali il servizio di per sè, ma principalmente la disponibilità e la professionalità con le quali il cliente viene accolto, consigliato e seguito step by step, per tutto il da farsi tra grandi e minime spedizioni. Posso testimoniare la voglia di lavorare dei gestori che nulla tralasciano affinché il cliente sia soddisfatto. Buon lavoro bene così????
